By using LTO Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. These terms apply to the checker tool, all guide and informational pages, and any other feature offered on this domain.
Independent Status
LTO Tracker is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Land Transportation Office (LTO), the Department of Transportation (DOTr), or any Philippine government agency. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as an official government communication.
What the Service Is
LTO Tracker relays plate number, MV File Number, driver's license number, and CR queries live to the official LTO-NCR public inquiry system and displays the response. It is provided free of charge, without any account or login requirement. It is not a government service, not a substitute for LTMS, and not a channel for submitting registration paperwork, payments, or appointments.
No Warranty on Accuracy or Availability
Because LTO Tracker relays live queries to a third-party system it does not control, we cannot guarantee that the checker will always be available, that results will always be accurate or current, or that the underlying LTO-NCR endpoints will not change in ways that temporarily break the relay. We make reasonable efforts to keep the checker functional and to fail gracefully with a clear message when something goes wrong, but the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of any kind.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the checker or the underlying LTO-NCR systems it relays to, including through automated bulk querying, scraping, or any attempt to circumvent rate limiting. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent results obtained from it as an official government document or determination.
Intellectual Property
The design, layout, source code, graphics, illustrations, and written content on LTO Tracker are the property of LTO Tracker and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law, except where a specific piece of content is explicitly credited to another source. You may view and use this site for its intended purpose as a visitor, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create a derivative site substantially based on LTO Tracker's design, source code, or content without prior written permission. Automated crawling for indexing by legitimate search and AI answer engines is addressed separately in our robots.txt and llms.txt.
No Fees, No Fixers
LTO Tracker never charges a fee to display a result and never asks for your LTMS login credentials. If any party misrepresents a paid or credential-requiring service as being affiliated with or endorsed by LTO Tracker, that misrepresentation is not authorized by us. See our Legal Notice for how to report this kind of fraud.
Limitation of Liability
LTO Tracker and its operators are not liable for any decision made, delay experienced, or loss incurred based on information displayed through this site. Always treat the official LTO-NCR portal as the authoritative source, and use LTO Tracker as a convenience layer on top of it rather than a final authority.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
